Should any check submitted to Kortek Services Inc. be returned for any reason, purchaser hereby authorizes Kortek Services Inc. to charge the amount of the check, plus a $20 returned check fee.

Late charges are billed at 1.5% per month on all unpaid amounts which have not been paid in full within 15 days from date of invoice.
