WHAT IS COVERED:
Kortek Services Inc. warrants that it will either provide a replacement part or repair to any part or accessory that is defective in material or workmanship.

The warranty commences on the date of the invoice and continues for a period of 90 days on parts and 90 days on labor unless otherwise indicated on front of invoice.

Manufactures warranties are covered for the first 90 days, thereafter by manufacture directly. All new complete (Monitor & Central Processing Unit) computer systems come with a two year parts warranty and one year on site labor warranty. Kortek Services Inc., may at it's discretion prorate any part which is deemed to be obsolete and you the customer will be responsible to make up the difference in price for a suitable replacement part.

In order to obtain repairs under this contract, you must bring your merchandise to Kortek Services Inc., either in person, courier, or insured mail. Kortek Services Inc. will at its discretion either repair the part with new or re-manufactured materials. If product was repaired at the customer site repair will be performed likewise within a 10 mile radius of our office facilities.

Any item to be repaired under warranty must include original sales receipt and all packaging including drivers, disks, media, manuals.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
Any item (either parts or service) necessitated by improper or negligent use of the product(s) or by natural causes such as flood, tornado, earthquake or other acts of god. It does not cover damage from irregular power sources, buttons, trim parts, batteries, ribbons, toners, drums, filters, led's, and other consumable items.

Labor for removal and installation of a part or accessory not installed by Kortek Services Inc., is not covered.

Labor for software installations or software upgrades is not covered, however, software products are warranted by the manufacture directly and not by Kortek Services Inc.

Kortek Services Inc. will not make any reimbursements or outlays for labor or parts, except to persons or companies previously authorized to perform such services.

Kortek Services Inc. is not responsible for fire, theft or loss of equipment or data stored in any means including magnetically or electronically.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS AND ARE SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.
